Drop ball......
Her change up may be a knuckleball, but her "bread and butter" pitch is a turnover drop. She does a very good job of getting her weight out over her plant leg and she has a lot of late break on the ball.
Have seen her throw that drop and change up since 14U. One of the best athletes to ever come out of Central Florida.

what should be the desired/ideal weight distribution? front/back 90%-10%? or 100% front? i.e. back leg should be effectively 'weightless'.
