Thoughts?? I know some of what needs corrected, but not sure how to go about it. She actually had quit pitching in the fall, but joined a new team where the coach knew she used to pitch. Anyway, she getting decent amount of circle time, and her confidence is way up. But we definitely need to work on some things.

I'm not very good at this game but it stands out to me that her arm looks too bent. You want some bend but it looks almost like she's keeping it intentionally bent rather than naturally bent, and it keeps her from getting that good whippy thing going. Her glove arm does the same thing and it also ends up looking unnatural and not relaxed.
