lot of good things going on here IMO. I could point out a few things and we both could pick out any pitcher in college, PGF, etc. and point out a few things. I do it all the time mentally watching ESPN replays but at the end of the day they are good enough to play at that level. Point is, your DD has alot of good things going on. Keep up what you are doing, focus on movement/spin as much as possible and changing speed. She is on her way!

She is doing a lot of things right. But, you asked for help.

Her timing is off, but I can't pinpoint the problem from the video. I believe her push off isn't correct. Is there anyway you can upload a video of her from 3B?

Timing isn't the glaring issue for me as much as the poor drive mechanics.
Timing fix is due to poor overlap between the back swing and drive.
Watch the 11 sec mark... this is where detatchment occurs. Notice how she's already open! (Opening too early reduces the core's ability to torque)
Needs to drive outward with the right foot remaining straight towards the catcher.

Probably just a different way of saying what Coach James referenced - it looks like she “hops” off the rubber, instead of drives/pushes.

Thanks for the feedback. I hope to get a clip from better angle this weekend.
