She's 9
Things I'm working on with her:
staying upright and not dipping
better snap and shoulder location
Trying to get better stride and less hop.

The 10:58 pitch is where she normally is at. She got a little mechanical when i started the video and hopped and arm speed slower.

My advice and I have been through this journey pretty successfully. Right now don't worry about much of anything else util you understand the video below. Right now your daughters arm is not working correctly on the downside of the circle to the point where she delivers the pitch.

So i've been reading the stickies all week and my mind is blown. My daughter pitches her best when she pitches naturally and that is I/R and when she gets told to do more HE she loses velocity and control. This is the worst time of the year to find out and work around it. Everything in the mock thread "HE in the classroom" is being thrown at her. I feel like i've failed her and lost a lot in the last 12 months. I made a Tincher appointment in two weeks.

My daughter would be warming up on every team she's been on and her warm up is always totally different. No wrist snaps. Our old pitching coach used to do them and we told her we weren't going to anymore. It was that simple. Enjoy your Tincher appointment! It will rock your world. The progress my daughter's made since November when we switched is really amazing. She looks like a different pitcher.

I mean i cant expect her to sit out when pitchers are doing wrist snaps and arm windmills etc
My daughter have experience this as well. It wasn't easy at first. When DD converted from HE elbow to I/R many well intended people wanted to help her out and give her some friendly HE advice. We still have to deal with this since DH insists on taking her to a HE instructor. The good thing is he leaves the arm alone, saying it seems to work for her. Still have a lot of HE advice, especially concerning her leg drive. You haven't felled her, the want to be experts failed her. You would think that the person who provides a service for a fee should have some kind training to teach...much like a doctor, teacher, hair dresser, dentist...so forth would. But in pitching, this isn't the case...seems like anyone who have learned some cliches as they watched some softball games think they are now pitching experts. It is a sad reality for parents and players who are taken financially advantage of in the attempt to wanting to learn to pitch. Glad you realized this and seeking quality instructors...As far as handling HE instructors...as she get better, they seem to stop talking so much. Until then, learn to smile and say thank you very much. Good luck.

Thank you for the input. I will say those helping her aren't paid instructors just some folks who love the game. I cant knock them for their dedication. They maybe old school in approach. I'm not certain but I never knew of IR until recent and i tried to focus on things i was told personally to work with her own. As i watched videos to help me "help" her I found that what i was seeing and hearing were different on things. First thing i noticed what the direction to hold the ball during rotation then i was seeing videos of the top girls release and it didnt match what my daughter was being taught but it did mirror what she would do when she sped things up and tried for speed. The video i posted is her trying to be perfect in HE and she cant. She had a much better windup and push off before. When i put the camera on she hopped and tried to get the arm pushing down and wrist snapping to the catcher.

So are many of the well intended instructors who charges for their lessons. Good thing is they didn't charge you for their advice. They just offered crappy advice for free.;)
Good for your for noticing what was told to you is not the same as what you observed.

Just stick with teaching her the IR and showing her video that ALL high level college and high school pitchers IR and she will get going in a good direction. Won't take long with the Tincher instruction. Just look up a few videos of Angela Tincher and explain this girls dad is teaching my kid
