I zoomed in on that clip and see nothing wrong with her floppy hand after release. I think it's a sign of a nice noodle-like arm-whip.

She sure has great adduction! I also like how she's stacked with good posture over her hips during release.

Thanks! She has really worked hard. Do you remember those clips of a mechanical mess I sent you 2 years ago? Thanks to you and Ken and a great PC she made big adjustments!

From the one warmup pitch clip...

Leg drive. She isn't getting much out of her legs and she is dropping down a big old anchor on the drag and digging a trench. That is a lot of dirt coming up there.
It may also be the angle but I am not seeing a strong push out/high knee and there is room for more front side resistance. Both of these can be related.

And weight room. My DD's mechanics are pretty strong, so a lot of extra speed, spin and power comes from just getting stronger.

I like the arm coming through and finishing - looks whippy. She doesn't 'come up' together well - her glove hand is way in front of the arm circle - not sure how much this is effecting anything. It comes from starting to move forward while the backswing is still going back. If you go slo-motion you can see that her glove side is already almost over her head before the ball gets back to her hip from the back swing.

I can understand what you are saying. I will post more videos. There was a huge hole in front of the rubber. Sometimes she isn't as aggressive when pitching in valleys.

She looks great! Having that whippy arm is what my 10yo DD is currently working on. Your DD's whip looks nice and natural.
