Just realized the weird back swing hand thing she is doing. Going to correct.

Why? The little weird turn thing she is doing isn't effecting anything in her pitch. Let her have her own style where she can. "Correcting" it will just be a waste of time that won't have any noticeable results.

As for my advice...damn, she looks good.

Small things to work on...Leg drive. Its good, but she can work into a stronger starting H position. She is leaving power on the table. She could also adduct harder, legs and arms, especially her glove side. A lot of pitchers will neglect how much they can add into their pitching arm just by adducting their glove side with serious force.

I would work on keeping her back shoulder up, it's causing her to lose some upper arm contact. Over rotation may also be issue, looks like she is fairly closed at release. Nice video, what kind of phone did you shoot this with?

Love those GIFS.....
Great advise here in regards to her "dropping" shoulder. See that gap between her ribs and upper arm? Wed like to see a tighter connection there. Secondly, notice how she rotates her torso towards the catcher through release? This is a power bleed, and it'll make it really tough to achieve any backspin when she learns the rise. The over rotation will always produce bullet spin. Like rise ball says about "Jake" "try to stay skinny" through the release... Once the ball is gone, she can do the hokey pokey for all I care....LOL
