OY!

However, when you cut away all the contortions of her body and focus solely on her arm (after the backswing), she's got a good arm circle. Likely what gives her decent pitching in spite of the flip-out stuff going on.

I don't like how she turns her drive foot before leaving the plate. It hurts her drive. Also, she gets very little front side resistance, she walks through her stride leg but still throws hard. Her change up is HE. How hard is this style on her arm to throw this hard without transferring much core energy to the pitch.

Holy cow. Good for her though! Playing D1 next year. I would be interested to know who her pitching instructor is.

I think someone shared a similar looking pitcher sometime last year. I would say the pitching coach teaches this "style" to all their girls since I remember watching 2 other pitchers with this similar style.

This is a gross exaggeration of an old school "sling shot" style... Doug is right in her arm circle isn't bad and she does get a good amount of IR. However, its not the way the majority of us teach for sure. Gets her power from a core torque and not from drive or resistance
