Better....
Remember to firm up the torso and prevent any excess rotation (tell her "don't let the catcher see your chest") (this is during and after release)
The legs could pull together a bit more. But over all, very nice adjustments in a short time... She seems like a quick study!

The Hudl Technique app is awesome. The slider/scroll bar on the bottom is very smooth, and IMO easier to use than the slo-mo.

Only used it on the iPhone, markup features seem OK - not sure if there’s a desktop option, which would probably make voiceovers easier for coaching purposes.

Are we on the right track for adducting?

https://youtu.be/IpbTf6EiYk8

Caveat: I am nowhere NEAR an expert, but I want to throw in my two cents because I'm also learning, and I want to see if I'm on the right track. I hope the real pros here can confirm what I see (or say I still have much to learn).

It looks, and maybe it's a bad angle, like her glove is still going out (toward 1B) more than forward (toward the catcher). I think that's leading to the excess rotation coach james mentioned, and that makes adduction difficult if not impossible. (Just stand there and try it yourself; use both arms, then put one arm way out to the side...doesn't feel right. You lack that symmetry you need on each side of the body)
