Overall I think she looks good. I would work on opening up more at 12, and adduction, pulling both arms in at release. Up together, down together

Basic drop ball spin. 12-6 Rotation . She practices curve, and rise but doesn’t throw it much. I just want her to hit spot with change up, and throw a great drop. She lives around 55mph. She probably will not be a big kid, so I want to work on spin a lot more.

I like the cue "thumb towards the catcher" for dropball.

I don't have anything constructive to offer, just want to give a little reassurance that she looks darn good for a 12 yo.

I'm with @Coreleone I could probably nitpick a few things but there is a LOT to like about what she is doing. What are you noticing as far as speed and control compared to her peers? Is there any one thing her PC or others have questions or concerns with here about. How many pitches is she working on...please don't say more than three.

Thumb to cacther are you simplt relying on the ball to come off finger tips? Do you pull up...if so how do u pull up without it basically mimicking hello elbow?

What anout turning the ball down and finish at your knee for a drop ball?

Two completely different finishes?

Any instruction on how,to properly teacha drop ball is appreciated

I saw the pauly drill where pitcher is 2 feet one side of mound and catcher is on other oppo side of home plate forcing to throw across the body...how does across like that make the ball drop

For me, teaching a drop is a progression of cues. Some kids figure it out with a taped ball and feedback alone. For those struggling, here’s a few things to try:

-Finish quicker to palm down
-Rotate the point of brush on the forearm, wrist
-Slap the inside of the thigh with the thumb
-Ring or pinky finger touches last
-Try to release more on the outside of the ball
-Rollover the ball/push the thumb down the front of the ball at release (tends to be off speed for some).

As you play with the various cues, find the best combo of speed, spin and control.
