Shared the article yesterday with my pitching DD. Overall, thought it was great although one of her comments was about his position on the Flip Change. She had gotten it down and could be deadly with it but we moved on to a different change up. Every now and then she'll still throw it in practice just for fun.

I was wondering about that too - seems you don't see that pitch much in video of college players, and we've heard from some more experienced folks on here that it can be not the best change up. But overall I thought it was an interesting article.

While a decent article, I lost credibility in him as an pitching expert when talks about the riseball “jumping”.
