would be cool if the edited clips kept a few fastballs in,

Agree with the premise but saw no change up. Just a HS pitcher throwing very slow and hitters struggling.
I think this is the pitcher in the video throwing very slow but I could be wrong. What did you see (or not see) to reach that conclusion? I couldn’t pick up a grip, but it looked like she was turning her hand over at release. I didn’t think a change-up was grip-specific? Without seeing her fastball, was her arm speed slower than you’d expect?
