Kirkpatrick is a tough comparison to both you and Folkard, but I like him so I threw him in here for fun! I really like how square he stays until he gets to 12 o'clock, which would be the next frame...

Yes. Drive out with the hands and lower half together. Folkard does this well, but you'll notice he hitches at 3 o'clock until his back toe touches. This is the hitch Hillhouse talks about. It helps him maintain sequence. Notice that he's beginning to separate in the third shot and gets replant in the fifth. You're still airborne in the fifth.

Try some high skips--with and without using the hands/arms. You can get much more air time when the hands work with the drive knee. Learn to use/sequence the hands so they help you power your drive more efficiently. I agree the you put too much effort into driving to get open. Drive to get forward extension and power, then allow your extension to open you up naturally

TX guys !
It's great to see such passion leading you to help me out !
djcarter "I think landing on your front foot flat footed..." Do you mean Back foot ?
...
I'll work on this and will post later on...
For the too much of an angle in the elbow do you ave any advice on how to work on it ?

I was some kind of aware about all this points (and front side resistance too) ! BUT I can't seem to overcome them !
Any advice on how to work on them would be great !
TX again ! This gives me even more energy to work it through !

Yes I did mean back foot

I do think because of the leap and replant mechanics you will see a hitch in just about everyone of them (men) it seems just a natural reaction to your foot coming down and pushing off, some just put it in different places or its more noticable
