I'll never forget at the Rick Pauly clinic when he asked who throws a knuckle change or a flip change. After the girls raised their hands (including DD who threw a knuckle change) he said they don't get dinner tonight. It was extremely effective at 10U and early 12u. Now at 14U not so much. Good thing she learned the Pauly change too.
