I'm curious which pitchers whether former or current you think have very good mechanics/form? I made still images of my daughter at key points in her delivery and I would like to compare her with some pitchers with excellent mechanics/form.

Thanks

Binghamton, NY
Megan Kleist - Oregon
Megan Good - James Madison

those are two current NCAA D1 pitchers I can think of.

also:

Delanie Gourley - Florida
Danielle O'Toole - Arizona
Jessica Burroughs - Florida State

recent graduates....

Kelly Barnhill....just to kick a hornet's nest ;)

Some pitchers you can't go wrong with in addition to the ones posted:

Amanda Scarborough, Monica Abbott, Cat Osterman (though some will point out her slight skippy-ness), Tatum Edwards, Angela Tincher, and of course Sarah Pauly

Apart from the back swing and bend which is something I wouldn't teach and is probably more stylistic anyway - the slow motion of Amanda Scarborough is probably the best one to grab images from.

Agree with Burroughs, but Waldrop????

I had to show Lacey some love since she is my DD's pitching coach....plus she is not that tall, won a lot of games and was named collegiate player of the year her senior year at FSU, so how bad can her mechanics be?
