Yes...the release. DD went away from the hitch hiker release which did cause pain in her elbow when thrown a lot. I just have a habit in saying her low inside rise is her screwball. As long as her angle gives the appearance of breaking inside, I don't have the hassle of local people trying to get dd to finish with the hitch hiker finish. It seems to appease the folks who likes a forced follow through.
