We used these last weekend and were awesome. Just add water, doesn't even need to be cold water, wring them out and are very cold, last a few hours. Can even be machine washed. Not sure if you have them or some version in the US or not.

we have something called the Frog Tog but it needs to be dipped/immersed in h20. the container the FT comes with doesn't hold water as it has a hole in the bottom.
tnx

DD's team will be playing/pitching this weekend in close to 100 degree heat.

What's the best way to cool down?
I know frog-togs are great but recent rules of 1 cooler per team makes it difficult to bring a personal cooler to put the FT in.

any one used those misting fans? which ones work best?

TIA!

DD's team played the state tourney two weeks ago - all but one game in 104+ degree heat. They had two Arctic Cove Bucket Coolers going in the dugout and the girls said that it really helped. Here's the link... Arctic Cove 18-Volt Two Speed Misting Bucket Top Fan-MBF0181 - The Home Depot

They need to be drinking a lot all week long, not waiting til they get thirsty the day of. We had one this year taken to the ER and it was just dehydration. It's no joke. Where we live we play part of the spring and all summer in 90+. It's awful IMO.
