1. As Ken mentioned, she appears to be doing more of a straight leg kick than drive, more stride leg dominant. I see more up than out. She needs to engage her drive leg more with an emphasis on more out versus up (she's already got the up). See DJ's pics.
2. As DJ mentioned, it feels to me that she is dragging her back side along versus driving her back side through. From 3 - 9, it's as if she's trying to keep her upper body back, versus letting good weight transfer occur and then firming up the front as the stride leg lands.
3. I don't see a lot of arm whip. Her fingers look like they are working well, but the arm seems straight through the throw zone. At 9, the ball is more towards 3rd than palm up, and if you notice her elbow is pointing more back than down, it's hard to get good arm whip from that position.

Love all the advice! Yes working on palm up for sure. She thinks she is doing it even though she really is not. We work on lock it in, liberty and show me constantly. Going to start on the two step drills. I always thought her leg drive was awesome but now am realizing the knee should come up first and then extend out. Yes the back leg has been an issue for a while. Its a weird dynamic. You want a firm front leg to push back but your back leg to come along also and not drag. That is why good mechanics are not easy I guess.

Think of it like an accordion.
