That dip is NOT helping her speed and power. Whatever she's getting is from sheer strength not mechanics. Once that back knee bends, the pressure is relieved from the push off leg rendering the thrust forward impotent. Watch what sprinters do in the blocks, right before the gun goes off, the back leg straightens (not lock) so the push off leg can get max power. Taking your weight down to the ground is counter productive. She'd throw A LOT harder without that bend.
