Shoulder at pitch finish

Not sure what her shoulder is doing at the end of her pitch or if some degree of this is "normal"?

My guess would be she is forcing internal rotation rather than letting it happen with the pronation of the wrist/forearm. If you muscle or force the motion, the elbow will tend to fly out some (chicken wing) and the shoulder will roll forward.

Hard to diagnose from just a still though.

her IR is good. She doesn't do this every pitch, its a weird follow through she does sometimes. Like she continues to rotate her hand inward even after she releases the ball and it pulls the shoulder up. It's not every pitch. but this was for sure a regular old fastball she's throwing in the pic. We have a practice net and it's only about 10 feet of space so she just works on mechanics mostly. Can't do moving pitches

I can't get the video to load off my phone or computer. I will keep trying

Looks dislocated! I've got to dig up a pic of my older DD skipping rocks that this shot reminds me of.

^^^^My thoughts exactly.^^^^
She absolutely is forcing I/R here... I/R should be smooth and effortless. No emphasis should be put into it. It will happen naturally if all of her resistance points and brush are good and in sync.
