Important tips:
-Do thousands of wrist snaps daily to increase speed. The stronger you can make your wrist, the faster you will throw.
-To increase wrist strength: practice wrist snaps with heavy balls, basketballs and even bowling balls.
-Touch the shoulder in follow through. This is really important because it helps power the release. Make sure you remind yourself after every pitch by touching your shoulder 2-3 times. This shows your AC that you've caught yourself doing that whippy thing again and are working to improve.
-Remember your release point. You don't want your AC or parents having to constantly remind you, so practice snapping at your release point lots and lots.
-Don't be caught dead wearing a facemask. There's no way you'll ever be a good pitcher if you wear one of those contraptions.

I have watched all the videos and this might be a nit pick.

DD is right handed pitcher, should she touch her right or left shoulder on her follow through Or does it not matter?

What's happening into, at, and through release? That would include from 9:00 through 4:00
