Pitching hand swelling?

Hey, my 10 almost 11 year daughter is noticing that her fingers get bigger when she's pitching. She says there is no pain and that it goes away between innings. Have any of you heard of this and if so, what was the cause/resolution?

Hi. I want to error on the side of safety. Do not pitch again, until she sees a specialist.

Yes. When you pitch the flow of blood increases. As long as there is no pain, and it does not persist I would not be concerned. She is engaged in an athletic activity, not sitting on the couch.

It happens to my DD almost every time she pitches. It's never bothered her and she's pitched for the past 5 years.
