I know what you mean but.....
Denny Tincher hosted a camp with DD this week and he said something to her that I think may have changed her forever.
She was taking pitches off and not giving 100% every pitch.. Like she always does.
Denny pulled DD aside looked at her and said "To those who have been given much,........ much is expected"
He told me, (the dad) to push her on every pitch.. She needs to give 100% all the time!

First Place...convincing a player or parent that you can't correct a flaw while pitching full out from the full distance.
Second Place....convincing a player or parent that they should only focus on one thing when correcting.
Third Place....First and Second Place combined

Second place was a problem both DD and I had at the start of our journey until both of us grew tired of what seemed like a never ending see-saw of trying to correct the same problems. Once we settled using our home practices to focus on one thing, her progress started taking off ( largely due to your training videos, Rick!).
A lot of players and parents get tempted by that little voice in their head saying, "Now all we need to do is this", instead of making sure the original problem is solved. It's the temptation of instant gratification.
