Double high fives to ORWheel's DD for driving over an hour to hit my last session of the day (after her team practice!) She made huge progress in her drive and knocked out a change up that was 20% slower--with drop spin! More high fives to her brother/catcher who kept pushing her, even when it was getting almost too dark to see.

Even more high fives for my DD who helped out with five girls and really did a great job in communicating what she wanted from the students in ways that made sense to them. It was awesome to hear her catch and correct something before I could open my mouth! It amazes me how much she knows and how well she relates to the kids!

Overall, it was and awesome day and every kid who came out, clearly demonstrated that they'd worked on their homework and were ready for more.

Proud coach and daddy!

DD looks forward to times when we can go north and see Ken. Yesterday it was great to have his DD giving tips too.

Pitching lessons on the calendar have become a useful carrot for getting household chores and homework done!

For those of you who haven't worked with him personally, I'd like to share that Ken is a tremendous teacher who knows how to get DD to do what she needs to do to execute. He is always patient and light hearted making sessions productive and fun. We enjoy learning from him and are blessed to have him in the Pacific NW!

Thank you for the very kind words! I gotta say, any instruction is only as good as the desire and commitment to work on it outside of lessons. I love her hard work and focus! It helps that B has a family who is willing to learn and support her journey. Looking forward to the game updates!
