A little history on my DD

My little one turns 11 on 4/15/17. She currently plays 10u
She is consistently throwing 48 49 50mph in games. Mostly 48 and 49 and the occasional 50.
Last year around this time we were lucky enough to catch a lesson with Amy in Az.
She clocked her at 45 46 47mph
We are working hard on getting her to consistently pitch 50+ by June. Might not be possible but its our current goal.
Resistance band workouts, 100 squats per day(body weight) 100 calf raises(body weight).
Pitching 4 days a week in the backyard.

She currently has 2 pitches fast and change up. She is having a hard time take enough off the change. In regard to her fastball she is able to hit her spots more often than not. She struggles some games and others she is lights out. I figure the confidence will come with age.

Please take a look at the links and let me know what we can work on.
Does it look like her butt is flying out?
Sorry for all the links I'm technical enough to figure out an easier way!

I don't give pitching advice, mainly because I don't know anything about pitching. However, I do suggest you consider investing in a net or something. As she gets bigger and stronger, I see major brickwork repair in your future without one.

Really good stuff going on! I'm not fond of the bend in the first photo of the third set, but she really does well from there getting into a very aggressive drive. Love her whip and how well she firms up at release. She pulls in with both arms and legs at release nicely.

I see what I think is too much effort to get open (1st photo/1set, 1st photo/2nd set and 5th photo/3rd set.) I think she pulls it back together nicely at release, but have to wonder if the stress on the left leg will get to her over time.

I also see a drive directed to the left of the power line which I think (combined with getting a little too open) results in a slight lean and a lack of brush.

You can really see the stress on the left foot/leg in this series. The plant foot is almost sideways... Other than the plant angle, shots 2-5 look really good! Nice lag in the forearm/ball, excellent upper arm lock and some brush at the elbow. Aside from the slight side lean, her overall posture is very solid. I believe that with some attention to her plant angle, she could get brush all the way to the wrist.

Here again you can see how open she gets in the 5th shot. Several very good pitchers do this, but I think it is less than optimal. Really like shots 2-4 and 6+.

I'd have her try to drive more squarely to the target--think about keeping the shoulders, hips, nose and toes all facing forward during the drive; but allow the body to open to whatever is natural. Also she might add the thought of trying to land the plant foot pointed straight forward; but again allowing it to land at 35-45 degrees. If she has a mat to pitch on, place a piece of non-residue tape at the approximate angle and location she's shooting for:

Hi! It is good to see you and your daughter.
Don't forget to strengthen the glove side arm and shoulder, to avoid a muscle imbalance.
She is looking like she is pitching well.

Forgot to add that if she incorporates the 2 Step sequence into her drive, I think she'd get a touch more power.

Should we move this one to the shameless brag forum? Lol.

She looks great. Many parents would love to know how you did it.
