Legal looking to me. No replant and she is dragging that foot. Her arm is in motion during the drive forward.

In examining both pitcher's drive leg, IMHO:
Frame 1 shows a loaded drive leg
Frame 2 shows a drive leg that has unloaded (extended).
Frame 3 shows a re-loaded drive leg
Frame 4 shows a drive leg that has unloaded (extended).

I agree with the above replies and she is a prime example of how a pitcher has worked hard to use every advantage that is legal.

Edited for clarification: I don't think the two pitchers in knights post are legal.

Without closer detail it is hard to say, but I would be surprised if she is not getting airborne. Note the turn of the plant foot as she breaks contact with the pitchers plate.

Try this at home. Simulate coming up and out from the pitchers plate while turning the rear (plant) foot 45-90 degrees.

It is hard to tell if there is any air under her drag toe, but the toe looks like it is pointed down.

hard to tell if there's any air under the drive foot, but to get to the edge of the circle with a proper drag, those would have to be some pretty powerful legs.
very high stride knee just to get to the edge?

Not sure how tall the pitcher is, but she has a high front leg kick and gets good drive with her push leg, so getting to the chaulk at the front of the circle is not out of the question. My DD is 5'10" and has average/good leg drive and can get to within 6" on the front circle.
