I really like a lot of what she's got going on with her drive. A few tweaks and she'll be in good shape on that end. What she needs to focus on is whipping the ball. Spend some time reviewing these resources to help her learn how to whip:

I realize that there is a ton of info above and translating it into 14U is not always the easiest... The bottom line is finding a way to convey that the lower arm, hand and ball just go along for the ride--being pulled around the circle and whipped using brush as a trigger.

The first thing that jumps out at me is the lack of adduction from the glove side. Watch Cat's glove arm and the timing of it. It is not just a glove slap on the thigh.

This is a short slo-mo clip of my 14 year old step daughter pitching. She also hasn't pitched in two years. Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Drive looks good. Some tweaks can be worked on, but the priority here is as Ken mentioned.....she's got no whip. she's got a locked out arm and there simply can be no whip. She needs to work on throwing with a little flexion in her elbow.

The second video Ken posted is gold for this young lady. She needs to do those drills until her arm falls off. That's a tough portion of the pitch to modify. She'll completely lose all concept of accuracy.... but it's a must if she is to advance.
