Wrist

Anybody ever have wrist or forearm pain? DD had the issue late last season but went away in the off season. Flared up today at pitching practice. Almost seems to me like she might be gripping to hard? Once it flares up she is unable to hold the ball.
Thanks in advance. Been reading the sight for months and finally got signed up.

Edit:
I think I need to start over...
1) Stop everything that causes pain.
2) See a Dr. and do whatever you're told.
3) Send/post some old video--preferably multiple angles and from up close if possible.

Ok thanks Ken. She did see our doc last year about it and he figured it was over use. I'll book her in again and get a X-ray.
I will try a post up a video or two in the next day or two if I can figure it out lol.
