Maybe 10-15 lbs. Had to go look at ours. It comes 4' wide, cut to length. I cut ours down the middle making it as wide as a pitching rubber. You can roll it up an take it to practice with you

It's not heavy at all IMO. I did have mine cut a little shorter but agree with the 9-10 foot length. I put the plate 14" from end and it only left 5.5 feet of rubber. Okay for a young pitcher but not enough for a good full stride in an older pitcher.
