My DD is 11 years old and we're searching for a PC who teaches IR rather then the HE method since her natural movement is to use IR when pitching.
We've tried 2 coaches and both teach the HE method so we stopped using them after just one lesson.

If someone could PLEASE, PLEASE recommend a PC I would be extremely appreciative!! We're located in Central NJ but are open to traveling to surrounding states such as NY or PA if needed.

Thanks so much!!

If you're anywhere near javasource (Mike) then get a hold of him. He's in NY but I can't remember the name of the town he lives in. Shoot him a PM and I'm sure he will get back to you.

All great recommendations above.
If you are looking for someone in Eastern PA (Allentown PA) reach out to Alex MacLean. Google: 7DeadlySpins. She teaches the Tincher method which is IR. She's a former Bucknell pitcher and is an excellent instructor. My DD has been going to her for the past year and has made incredible strides.

Alex is actually headed to the midwest this weekend for a Tincher event and my DD will be working with her on Friday. I've been following her 7 Deadly Spins Facebook page for awhile and am looking forward to meeting her and having DD work with her.

My daughter uses Jen Mineau. She's currently the PC for St. Joe's University and is also Tincher certified (you can't book her on the Tincher site, you have to contact her personally). Another girl on my DD's team uses Alex and said she is cheaper. I really like Jen because I will bounce recruiting questions off her and she'll tell me which organizations in the area are on St. Joe's and other colleges radar and which ones are rip-offs to join but advertise as National teams and charge $$$. She also played D1 and in the NPF so she has personally been through every situation as a pitcher and can provide feedback on just about anything you could ask.

Where in the Midwest? We are in desperate need of some good quality instruction here in MN! Been through several instructors over the past year and just can't find anyone who teaches much of anything!

You're in for a treat! Alex is awesome. She's a very motivational teacher who, at her age, related very well to the girls. Have fun!
