Anyone have recommendations for turf shoes that won't get all tore up practicing pitching? I like the ringors with the attached pitching toe, but don't want to drop $90 on shoes. Thanks in advance.

Ringors are expensive but well worth it. My daughter was going through a pair of sneakers every 6 weeks with pitching lessons and we got her the ringors and they still look brand new 6 months later.

We have been doing $5 shoes from Goodwill for pitching practice. They don't last long, but DD is 12 and is still growing pretty quickly, so I don't want to buy the Ringors just yet.

Would not recommend spending the money on new Ringors until your DD's feet stop growing. I have given away a lot of cleats that look like brand new because my DD outgrew them before they were broken in...there are lots of used Ringors on Ebay in case anyone is interested.

Yes, that's what I was thinking. I hadn't thought to check eBay. Off to do that now. Thanks!
