How far do I tell my daughter to follow through after release with an I/R delivery?

Sorry I should have been clearer in original post. Arm gets trapped behind her on downswing from 12 to 6. She gets back to her hip by release, but can't heldp feeling like she is losing some velocity by not having a cleaner circle. I have tried the cue of keeping the ball outside your back shoulder. Other than that at a loss.
