For me, I see a major difference in the 2nd frame.

I think one reason she does not appear to be getting a good hard drive is she is losing energy in the up component. As she drives she has to push up and out. A lot of times we see girls stepping off with almost no up component.
Your DD has the exact opposite problem she has too much up and not enough out component. The screen capture below shows her knee well above parallel, IMO once the upper leg goes past parallel you start losing too much of your stored energy up versus out (towards the plate) this will also help her explode more right now she can't explode as much because of the too large up component. I've clipped Jennie and Amanda for comparison, each picture is with knee at high point. As an aside you can also see how it effects timing even though Jennie and Amanda have different style at knee high point their arms are in identical positions, I think since your DD is traveling higher with knee her arm is past where theirs are by comparison. Sorry I keep seeing things also look at her posture because of the up component almost looks like she is leaning back (also slowing forward drive) while the example pitchers stand tall (if anything slightly forward)

I don't have a gif but if you use this slo mo video of Amanda as a guide you should be pretty good; the only thing I would not recommend is her high backswing, you still want to focus on what her lower half is doing, just don't need the high backswing.

I see major difference in #4 (hips and front foot?) and #1 my dd head is not leaning forward like Monica's is.

What are you seeing in #2?

I hate tacos- said no Juan anywhere

As Doug and DJ mentioned, She is spending a lot of energy on the UP portion of her stride and not as much on the OUT. I compared her to Monica, because Monica gets up about as high with her stride leg as any pitcher I see. At 6:00, Monica is already getting out in addition to up. At 3:00 your DD still looks like she is going up.

I do think she could benifit from more forward lean ("h") and overlap as James mentioned. She almost looks like she is high stepping.

You asked for one thing to work on, I'd go with Doug and DJ and work on getting out more and up less.

When I first played the video it has the look of just "going through the motions". I think the main 3 things are 1) the drive from the mound that knightsb is pointing out in frame 2. The front side resistance that JJ pointed out and 3) the going hard factor that coachjames pointed out. Overall I think she looks great....just some tweeking on these three and you should see the speed increase.

I think you said something about when she tries to get the ball to drop she throws faster. I assume you mean when she throws her drop. My DDs drop is her fastest pitch. I believe it has to do with the speed of the snap and effort she puts on the pitch which makes the ball come out faster. This may be the same with your DD. Again, her overall mechanics are very good and you have done and exceptional job of getting her to that point.
