Progress!!!

Finally got a chance to get some real time in tonight. It took a few hours, ran out of daylight so no video outside. Got some after working on timing, hope to get a good view outdoor tomorrow. Thrilled with the difference in the 3 o'clock position!!!! Getting her off the mound much better.

Not to mention pitching against a firm front side, not using the hip, arm/hip alignment , shoulder too far forward on release, turning the hand over too soon not staying behind the ball then she would be perfect. She has a good start on her mechanics and kightsb has some great pointers and video demonstrations.
