There was a video posted a while ago using football to demonstrate internal rotation. Think it was done in a basement throwing to tire or tarp. Not sure which thread it was located, try one of the sticky's.

How long does it typically take to transition from a different pitching method to IR? Assuming all other things constant, what would be an average increase in speed?

Depends on how good the instruction/instructor is.

Was just trying to get on the first page of your thread. Very interested in the football stuff. I use it with my 14mo. old GD.... I have her stand on the bottom stair....
