Pick one thing to improve…in my video, my daughter worked on not over rotating her shoulder which caused her to miss part of her brush contact….her goal was to get 5 clicks in a row by making certain she firmed up her shoulders.as explained by pretending to be a bodybuilder posing… (Desirable behavior is usually marked by using a "clicker," a mechanical device that makes a short, distinct "click" sound which tells the pitcher exactly when they're doing the right thing.)When not done correctly, she got no clicks. I don't have it in this video but once my daughter got used to the clicker, whenever a click wasn't made… Without any other cues from Mr Pauly, my daughter went through the motions "the correct way" before she pitched the ball again. She already knew without a word being said, 'what she did wrong, therefor she made the changes on her own.'

A couple folks have asked about drills for correcting lean and I'd say that a clicker or other form of immediate feedback is great for this. In addition to asking them how they think they did, I say something like "yup" or "nope." I think the key is helping them feel/sense what they are doing and being able to catch themselves (and teaching the catcher or bucket parent what to look for so they can reinforce the point.)

Crystals daughter, Dominique, is a very diligent hard working pitching student. She makes her own notes after practices and games on what she needs to work on. She is also a young lady of very few words...shy/quite. The non-verbal communication of a clicker works exceptionally well with her.....she is able to correct a non-positive move immediately....she may be quite but she is a very quick thinker. Clicker training bypasses the complex processing required of verbal communications and tends to help the brain create nervous system circuits stronger/faster. It is a very effective training method of either correction of a movement or for learning a new movement. I highly recommend coaches give this training method a serious look.
