From a quick look, the thing that stands out to me is her forward lean/walking through the pitch and push mechanics in the windmill.

Does she happen to miss high a lot? Its my experience a lot of new pitchers will try to compensate for high balls by leaning or bending forward at the waist.

She needs to lean back into the pitch rather than letting her momentum carry her forward over her stride leg.

She is also using push mechanics in her windmill, pushing the ball through the circle rather than pulling it. Check out the IR stickies on this forum, great information for you there.

Get her pitching coach to crack the whip!

PC sounds kinda young, but sometimes the younger ones can relate better to the student. I like that the PC starts calling pitches at :40.

Yes she misses high a lot. And low and outside. .. Ive been reminding her to 'stay tall' I think telling her to lean back will help. Ill reread the IR thread again, and have her read it as well.

Also interested to learn which of her mechanical errors(my guess is all) will leave her susceptible to injury. She hasnt had any pain or discomfort yet but her pitch count is only around 2500 for the year. She has shown interest and improvements so im going to start upping her reps this fall/winter.

The PC is young but she pulls double duty as a cameraman and her fees are low. It tough to find good coaching in rural CA.

No, your pitching coach is not helping. Your DD posture should have been addressed in lesson 1. Now, she has locked in this bending, collapsing and her timing is off.
What can I do to help?

Amy, watch the video with the volume on. You will see that the question is tongue in cheek.
