I know. Like an accident gawker! I saw someone tweeted a gif of it and thought "how can you do that?" Then thought I am not any better....then watched the gif a dozen times.

So much for the argument "if you're well-trained you will get your glove up in time." Hope she isn't hurt to seriously.

I wonder if she will wear a mask going forward, or figure it's unlikely lightning will strike twice?

We are mandatory at all infield positions in high school 2016.

I like them. I strongly suggest them, but don't force. My dd get's very forceful about it with younger girls. She has hurt badly 3 girls off line drives, 2 in the face. Each time it really upset her and affected her game, so the "personal choice" arguement doesn't play well with her.
