Is anyone familiar with the grip Chelsea uses here?

I assume this is her offspeed grip by the positioning of her thumb.

I've looked at a lot of images of Wilkenson and Waldrop and don't find many, if any photos of them with their thumb opposite their middle finger (I guess think traditional fastball or dropball grip).

X-pitcher got to them ....lol

Wilkinson looks like she has little hands which might give her a tough time getting the thumb out of the way on typical grips.

I am with Abbygale. That is a type of riseball grip. I am guessing that it is designed to let the fingers dominate the spin and remove the thumb from causing a churning effect. The palm burying looks to be compensation for keeping it in the hand without the thumb there to hold it around the circle. I bet she relaxes the palm at release and let's the fingers take over.

Then again I am drunk so maybe it is just an change up that I am reading way too much into.
