EastCoast, as a previous poster said your daughter throwing 40 is a testament to her skill.
But I'm going to echo getting a new pitching coach.
I'm baffled to the point of that squat she's doing. (though very impressed at how deep she's getting!) It's a complete waste of energy for her and gains nothing for the pitch.
She's also WAY off the power line, which is OK, she's 10 but her pitching coach is saying there's nothing wrong with her mechanics.
