She is too mechanical. The front foot moves toward the plate to much because it follows her loading. What you want is the center of gravity to decide where the legs and feet go.

Agreed my 12yo 100# 5ft 3, easily swings the 32 -10..no need for drop 11s.

Pretty good. IMO she is rotating her shoulders a bit too much during her load/pullback:

She should be trying to use her upper back (pinch her scap is a term often used) during pullback. Watch how Trout is
doing it:

It's just a coordination thing. let the center of gravity dictate where the feet go.

A more glaring issue is the weight shift happening at the "end" of the stride. She loads and strides and "then" shifts the hips/weight forward.

This is a tee swing and is common to see more rotation in the load/pullback.

Agreed...but that doesn't make it right and we don't have a live ball swing ;)

Edit: I went back at looked at one her live ball swings from when she was 12 and she doesn't rotate
as much

so if this is indicative of what she does now with a moving ball then ignore my comment :D
One thing she can do is track an imaginary ball as opposed to staring at the tee.
