Went to a Michigan / Penn game on Sunday and saw about 6 players doing this in the on deck circle.

Went to a Michigan / Penn game on Sunday and saw about 6 players doing this in the on deck circle.
If you watch closely ^^^^ her two ttb practice swings are not the same. One she stays connected and one her lead arm disconnects. One she shows her armpit/discons and the other time she doesnt. It is slight but hitters new to ttb have to be careful not to over do it and lose connection.

I don't understand RH.. one practice swing just progresses a little further into contact than the other
Looks to me like she is simulating reaction to a low pitch and a high pitch.
It is slight, but there is a definite difference.
