Have you ever seen Rich, AJ, or any of his hitters move like Betts ?
No, he doesn't teach a lot of forward momentum in the swing from what I have seen. He mentioned the other day
that he thinks it makes it more difficult to read and time a pitch. I think his periscope tonight might talk about Betts..
Thats because he doesn't know how to move forward without shifting across the pelvis to the front leg.

Ok, one last point and then I will bow out..
This was Rich's comparison to show a match.
Why does Bonds have the frames of lowering his COM before launching his swing ?
His COM is lowering before his front foot even touches the ground. Some guys coiling action includes a lowering of the COM..in terms of recent hitters Yelich comes to mind

I thought you were trying to talk about leveraging the front leg but I guess this is what you are saying is a proper shift across the pelvis...maybe?? To be honest I don't exactly understand
what you mean by that. Or maybe you were just trying to show that his kid didn't match Bonds movement for movement?? I'm stumped

Bonds is getting into a leveraged position (both legs) before go time.
