Yes, saw a Clint McGill FB post that promoted them. IMO the best two are described and shown in that post, but that could be because they helped to address what we needed. Many of the drills are things that most have seen before, but his method is a little different. No tee. Everything soft toss or side toss. I really like the palm up/palm down slow/stop swing after hard contact and hold the hand position.
How is the method different? Thanks
How about the ball (volley) on the shoulder drill? thoughts?
