    Really learning a lot from the advice Iíve seen given here, hoping you all can comment on my 10u DDís swing:

    I grew up on 90ís Doyle Baseball hitting, which at least back then wasnít super technical (balance, timing, rhythm, bat speed [connected hands/hips], power line - 5 basic principles), so its taking some time to digest some of the more recent technical discussions. Really interested in what you all have to offer though, and always willing to learn...

    Edit: correcting link, and commenting - yes, she's wearing slides in this video, some things aren't worth arguing about...

    I'd take a look at the "swing adjustments" thread that is going on. IMO the swing is similar, so the same advice would apply.

    In the future I'd always use full speed video when posting. It's much easier to get a feel for the swing when watching it in full speed. If people want to slow it down they can play it frame by frame in quicktime.
