So would it be correct to say that the 90 degree angle between bat and rear forearm changes (becomes more acute) as hitter launches bat? Then goes back to 90 at contact and releases greater than 90?

Also comments on this:

I remember reading that men pro golfers hip rotation speed is slower than LPGA players kinda debunking quick hip rotation as THE power source. Have to believe that the stretch and how fast the shoulders are catapulted around is more important than hip speed.

I will look for the reference.

byw, tried the hunched butt position today (no arch in lower back). She laid down on the sidewalk and had her push lower back to the ground and told her that's how I want you to feel in your batting stance. Stood up and made adjustment quite easily and with no complaints. Someday it's your day! I like the look of the stance better. Cant say exactly why. Stronger? Can't say there was a night and day difference in her power but I do like the look.

Almost ... the angle between the rear forearm and the barrel becomes more acute after a hitter launches their swing, but before the bat has been launched.

i can't help but ask if that 'V' is not a function of the angle of the camera? As seen from above. As i see the barrel leave from his his head, it loops around behind his left shoulder and starts coming back down into the zone. had you stopped that video just before you did, the angle would be less and if you let the video run just a bit longer it would be more. just curious what is because of camera angle vs actual bat to forearm angle.

Do you not see the 'bent top-hand'?

Does flattening of the bottom hand wrist not only but the barrel on plane but also put hand into best hinge action for power.(hammering) Freedom to release?

The flattening of the lead-forearm/bottom-hand is a big part of "getting on plane". This is how early a hitter "finds the height of the ball". It adds barrel speed and contributes to the downstream loading of the top-hand wrist.
