Long time reader, figured its time for feedback on what we have learned and worked on.

She is a 2021. Sorry couldn't get the side view in the cage we were in. Look forward to to your input.

I'm a bit nit-picky, and prefer a bit more routine (to get into the stance, etc.) and a bit more precise footwork. Step is much bigger than my DD's hitting coach advises, but that's probably more style.

Love the agressiveness, that's for sure.

So Cal
In addition to the excessive early hinge angle in the rear hip and knee (as mentioned by FFS), I get a feeling of this swing being top-half dominant, powered by torso rotation rather than core resistance. One of the results we see from trying to rotate really hard is the rear leg spinning out.

For some kids the 'high leg lift' is a way to trick them into loading their core/torso.

I agree with Eric's post ^^^^^. I really like her upper half. I believe she needs to figure out how to get the lower going so that the upper has something to resist against. One check point that I see a lot of people talk about is the belt loops turning forward will the upper is resisting/loading/stretching.

Looks like a very strong athletic girl. I'll let the experts comment on this and if there is any concern, her head seems to change vertically (red line is relative to the top of the white panel in the background) quite a bit through out the swing. Could be related to what FFS said. Maybe she's sitting too much on her rear leg?

Curious how she does if you mix up a change up low on the outside corner?

I don't ever talk much about grip, but that bat seems very deep in her top hand palm as well?
