Drills to correct back elbow from going behind your back and then having to swingvaeound the ball.
I've yelled! Elbow is way behind and pointing at the ground. Doesnt do it off the tee.Doesn't the back elbow work behind the back.. I mean not a lot, but a little?
Have you tried yelling
Sometimes it is that simple. I swear, many of the parents that bring their kids to me know how to swing ... they simply want someone else to be a bit more direct with their DD.
Honestly, if you teach a proper loading sequence then you won't have this issue.

I meant when loading the scap isn't it normal for the back elbow to travel behind the back a little?
I'm trying to figure out how to create scap tension without the elbow getting behind the back/shoulder. It's really awkward.
