Another example of getting forward yet back (2 legged) which leverages all available resources to react.

Personally I prefer not to speak of being 1-legged vs 2-legged. It simply confuses the topic. In reality both legs are used in a swing. That doesn't mean advocates of 1-leggedness don't have important points ... they do. I believe if they described other aspects that they are after that the 1-leggedness would be a result that supports their goals.

Pros often speak of "remaining in their legs". I'd recommend getting an understanding of that concept.

Swing flexion as the stride ends, which leverages all available resources to react, Is this how you see the swing? Two legged?

Can you explain swing flexion as the stride ends ?

Another getting into a forward yet back hitting position.

It's the balance between the feet, the ability to have some flexion as the front foot sets down and heel plant.

I guess I view it closer to this type of balanced stretching while shifting/moving forward yet back.

The balance stretching is what allows the hitter to be dynamic on both fast ball and off-speed.

This is just my observation. I think when you see a guy who kinda goes "over the falls like this"^^^^^^^which is not exactly not exactly what TM teaches because this guy is using his front leg for more than just balance. Back to my observation. I see this type of posture more often on low off-speed pitches and it appears to me that the batter is ever so slightly early and in an attempt to time the ball they fall into this posture. In other words, many (not all) gifs that show this, would not what the hitter would practice off the tee or at batting practice. Fire away!

My comment were about the gif rdbass posted of I believe Cardinal player(lefty)
