I agree but it is after launch. By launch I mean the start of the swing.

Agree, it happens after launch.

Clearly the forearm is adducting

The supination is after and if the supination happened first the barrel simply gets to deep...not deep, steep is the word...

the laser que is god awful also


Telling a kid to laser the ball up the middle of the ball 6 to 12 oclock…..horrible advise

Let me throw this out there.

If your teaching this to hitters who push the hands and have nothing close to bat drag. hand pushers because they make it farther in the game then bat draggers. Then does the supinate TTB mechanics work fine for them?

Absolutely do not teach to push the hands...Hands stay as the pivot ...never move forward from the arm pit is the goal

I'll find the exact quote in Hank Aaron's book, but he basically said there is "some" back swing and you don't want to eliminate it completely. And you don't want to much either.
