I'm talking about the rear heel being off the ground at swing launch.
The pause is right before 'launch'. Clearly rear heel is on the ground.

Yes! Some pitch locations will cause a slight lead with back elbow but only momentarily.

My kid was offered a SEC scholly but we chose a d2 school with an excellent academic rep and an acceptance rate of under 10% She got all of this by going to academic achievement camp!
We chose a school not a softball team and that seems to get missed!
